Jeniffer coaches Hispanic women struggling with weight gain, stress, and fatigue on how to achieve sustainable weight loss, improved energy, and resiliency so they can have the vitality to live happier and healthier lives. While working as a nurse and seeing her patients dealing with multiple chronic diseases, she realized that the root cause of their poor health was not being addressed. She set off on a mission to end unnecessary suffering from the debilitating effects of stress and weight gain by helping clients attain physical, mental, and emotional balance. She lives in The City Beautiful, Orlando, FL.

My Story

At a very young age, I started to experience excess weight, lack of energy, and food cravings. I dealt with stress by finding comfort in my favorite food and snacks. As my body was getting thicker, my confidence suffered, and I started to feel like I did not love my body. The more unhappy I got with my body, the more I would use food to help myself feel better. 

In a visit with my primary doctor, she explained how my cholesterol levels were borderline high. At the time, I was only 23. I realized that I couldn’t continue down that path. I intuitively knew I had to change my relationship with food and focus on my health instead of on my looks. 

What I discovered is the real problem was not my high cholesterol; it was a manifestation of my habits. I learned that other young people also did not feel good about their body and weight. I knew I had to prioritize myself. In the midst of life’s challenges, I put my health first. 

Now, I love my relationship with my body. I love the energy and strength I have, and I get to do the things I love. It feels great to no longer rely on food to manage stress. Improving my relationship with my body, food, and emotions helped me regain my energy, strength, and confidence.
